Heads up! Silver Star is changing billing platforms. You will be able to view your bill and account information here beginning April 6th. We apologize for any inconvenience that comes from not being able to view your bill online between now and then.
Your next bill will look different and we will begin offering a new eBill payment platform using the SmartHub app, which some of you may already be using with your electricity provider. Our goal for these changes is to provide you with a better experience and more insight into your usage and bill.
SmartHub Registration Silver Star’s new payment platform will be going live on April 6th. During the first two weeks of April you will receive an email notification on how to access, log-in, pay your bill and set up auto-pay. Because all Silver Star customers will need to register, we will be sending out the registration notifications in batches. This will help you to have a better experience by not overloading the system or our great customer service representatives who will be ready and willing to help guide you through this process should you need it. You will need to complete your registration on SmartHub by April 17th.
Late Payments As we transition all of our customers to this new payment platform we will be suspending all late payment penalties for the April bill cycle.
Autopay Your April bill will need to be a one-time payment in SmartHub, paid by check through one of our store dropboxes, or over the phone through SecurePay (833.699.1829) starting April 1st. Once you have completed your registration you will have the opportunity to set up Autopay to begin in May.
