We're Changing How We Manage Email Accounts

Effective September 1, 2025, You'll See Changes to Your Silver Star Bill

As part of our effort to maintain the security, reliability, and support you expect from our email services, we are making a small change to how we manage email accounts and introducing a small charge per address.

Silver Star email addresses (yourusername@silverstar.com) will be billed at $2.50 each, or $10 for a block of 5—giving you flexibility based on your needs.

Please contact our Customer Success team with inquiries about what to expect for your email account(s) or to make changes to your email services.
