How to Enter:

Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and be a Silver Star customer.

1. Visit our booth at the Lincoln County Fair!
2. Scan the QR code at our booth or fill out a raffle ticket.
3. Fill out the entry form or ticket with your name, phone, email address, and zip code.
4. You’re in!  Individuals may submit one online entry and one entry via raffle ticket for a total of two entries during the fair.

By submitting an entry form, participants consent to being added to Silver Star’s marketing communications list and may be contacted regarding fiber internet service availability and offerings in their area.

SPONSOR. This contest is sponsored by Silver Star Communications (“Sponsor”). References to Sponsor in this Agreement shall refer solely to the company sponsoring the contest and, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective employees, officers, and directors.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES (“RULES”) BELOW.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to those who are legal residents 18 years or older of the States of Idaho and Wyoming, United States of America, and who are residents of the following zip codes: 83001, 83002, 83110, 83118, 83120, 83126, 83127, 83128, 83285, 83401, 83402, 83403, 83404, 83422, 83428, 83440, 83448, 83452, 83455, 83616, 83634, 83642, 83646, 83669, 83702, 83706, 83709, 83713, 83714, 83001, 83406, & 83440.

Entrants must be willing and able to retrieve their giveaway package from a Silver Star office, if they are selected to win. Winners that are not willing and able to retrieve their package from a Silver Star office will forfeit their win.

Employees and immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Reward is contingent upon being and staying compliant with these Rules.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 08/03/26 and ends on 08/09/26 at 10:00 PM MDT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

Participants must:

• Complete the official entry form OR valid alternate email entry
• Provide accurate contact information

Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

By submitting an entry form, participants consent to being added to Silver Star’s marketing communications list and may be contacted regarding fiber internet service availability and offerings in their area. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Alternate Method of Entry

To enter without visiting the booth, participants may email marketing@silverstar.net with their full name, phone number, and physical address.

• Alternate entries must be received during the Giveaway Period (see above) to be valid.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Entry Limits & Qualifications

• Entries are earned only through actions defined in this Giveaway
• Sponsor limits entries to two (2) entries per person. Any additional entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Minimum Entry Requirement

To ensure a fair and viable Giveaway, a minimum of 5 total eligible entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

If the minimum number of entries is not reached, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Cancel the Giveaway, or
• Modify the Giveaway, including selecting a winner from the eligible entries received

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Notification

This section is only applicable to eligible entrants that qualify for a Reward and have not been disqualified for attempting to circumvent the rules as determined by the Sponsor.

• Winner(s) will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
• Drawing for the Hunting Tech & Picnic Basket packages will occur on or about 08/10/26.
• Drawings for the evening tickets will occur each day on or about 5 pm August 4-7
• Winner will be notified via phone and/or email.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, another winner may be selected.

Any violation of these official giveaway rules by any winner (at sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in the winner’s disqualification as winner of the giveaway and will no longer be considered an eligible participant.

8. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

9. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, technical problems, security malfunctions or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (2) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, no participant shall be eligible for a Reward of any type.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (together, “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt of a Reward, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, or wireless service provider; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) mechanical human, printing or typographical errors; or (d) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt or misuse of any Reward you may receive.

You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.

11. Privacy & Information Submitted

Any information you provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with you in relation to this Giveaway or on a Giveaway Winner’s list.  By entering the Giveaway you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from the Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.  Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Arbitration

These Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Sponsor location.

Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any Reward awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the giveaway home location. The parties agree to follow the arbitration procedures set forth by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to resolve the dispute. Arbitration proceedings shall take place in the Giveaway home location. Each party is responsible for paying its own filing, administrative and arbitrator fees. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
