What Does My Email Cost Me?
Starting September 1, 2025, Silver Star email addresses (yourusername@silverstar.com) will be billed at $2.50 per month each, or $10 per month for a block of 5.
Why The Change?
We are introducing the email charge as part of our effort to maintain the security, reliability, and support you expect from our email services. These services are provided to you at cost, meaning the $2.50 per email charge goes straight to covering the cost of server and security maintenance and we do not make a profit.
What If I Don’t Need My Email Address Anymore?
Our team is here to assist you if you would like to make changes to or cancel your email services. Please contact our Customer Success team for assistance in editing your account.
