Are Fiber and "Air Fiber" the Same?
No, fiber and “air fiber” offered by some providers are not the same. Fiber is capable of speeds up to 5Gbps per household and is a direct, wired connection. “Air Fiber” is a name that has been given to wireless internet, which is capable of lower speeds, experiences interference problems and slow downs when exposed to weather, high internet usage in your area, and other factors that true fiber is unaffected by.
