Official Giveaway Rules and Disclaimer

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
SPONSOR. This giveaway is sponsored by Silver Star Communications (“Sponsor”). References to Sponsor in this Agreement shall refer solely to the sponsoring company giveaway and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective employees, officers, and directors. Meta is not in any way a sponsor of this giveaway and by participating you agree to hold harmless Meta from any liability arising out of your participation.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES (“RULES”) BELOW.
1. Eligibility
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to those that enter via the official Giveaway site and who are legal residents 18 years or older of the States of Idaho and Wyoming, United States of America.
Employees and immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Reward is contingent upon being and staying compliant with these Rules.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 11/03/2025 at 12:01 am MT and ends on 12/07/2025 at 11:59 pm MT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter
Enter by submitting the form included on the official giveaway site. Alternatively, you can enter by emailing your full name, email address, phone, street address, city, state, and zip code to marketing@silverstar.net during the entry period. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or submitted without following the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
You may enter only once. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
5. Earning Entries
During the Giveaway Period, you will have the opportunity to earn entries in the giveaway sweepstakes as defined by the parameters on the official giveaway site. Upon being drawn and therefore selected as a winner, entrants are removed from the entry pool and are no longer eligible for subsequent drawings.
6. Prizes and Rewards
Prize: Four individuals who reside in Teton Valley, ID and Swan Valley, ID zip codes 83422, 83452, 83455, 83424, or 83428 and four individuals who reside in Star Valley, WY and Wayan, ID zip codes 83110, 83118, 83120, 83126, 83127, 83128, 83111, 83122, 83119, 83112, or 83285 will win the runner-up prize of an 11-inch iPad 256GB in silver (Ipad retail value $429.99), totaling eight iPad winners in both markets. One individual who resides in Teton Valley, ID and Swan Valley, ID zip codes 83422, 83452, 83455, 83424, or 83428 and one individual who resides in Star Valley, WY and Wayan, ID zip codes 83110, 83118, 83120, 83126, 83127, 83128, 83111, 83122, 83119, 83112, or 83285 will win the grand prize of a Traeger Woodridge Wifi Pellet and Smoker Grill Bundle (Traeger retail value $1,209.95), totaling two grand prize winners. There will be four weekly drawings for runner-up prizes on 11/10/2025, 11/17/2025, 11/24/2025 and 12/01/2025. There will be one grand prize drawing on 12/08/2025. The entry deadline for each drawing is the previous day at 11:59 pm MST. If desired by the winners, winners may opt to receive the cash value of their prize. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded.
7. Winner Notification
This section is only applicable to eligible entrants that qualify for a prize and have not been disqualified for attempting to circumvent the rules as determined by the Sponsor.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via phone and/or email on or about the date of the drawing. If you are drawn for a prize or reward, you are required to respond to us within ten (10) calendar days in order to claim your prize or reward. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond appropriately within the required time period, the Reward will be forfeited. Winners may be required to pick up rewards at a location specified by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT.
The winner(s) shall be responsible and liable for all taxes on the value of the Prize and shall provide Sponsor any required information to properly report prize winnings.
8. Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, technical problems, security malfunctions or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (2) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, no participant shall be eligible for a Reward of any type.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (together, “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt of a Reward, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, or wireless service provider; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) mechanical human, printing or typographical errors; or (d) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt or misuse of any Reward you may receive.
You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
11. Privacy & Information Submitted
Any information you provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with you in relation to this Giveaway or on a Giveaway Winner’s list.  Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
12. Arbitration
These Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Sponsor location.
Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any Reward awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the giveaway home location. The parties agree to follow the arbitration procedures set forth by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to resolve the dispute. Arbitration proceedings shall take place in the Giveaway home location. Each party is responsible for paying its own filing, administrative and arbitrator fees. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
