Porting your mobile wireless service


It’s officially Fall and December will be here before you know it. In just a few short months, we’ll be unable to provide your mobile wireless service. Make plans to port your service today, so you don’t experience any gaps in coverage!

The things you’ll need in order to make this change are your:

  • Account number (found on your bill)
  • Name as it appears on your bill 
  • Security Password
    • If you need a reminder on this, call Customer Service at 877.883.2411, and we’ll work with you to safely give this information.
