Ted Aldous is one of our incredibly helpful Field Engineers here at Silver Star, and is the most patient human we’ve met! He’ll take the time to help both with team members and customers with such kindness – to be honest, we’re not even sure he ever has a bad day. He’ll drop everything to help you understand and is so willing to be (and capable of being!) the go-to person for a multitude of things.
