Today, we have the honor of introducing you to one of the most helpful and happy people you’ll meet! Jenn has worked in Service Center offering technical support for years, and is about to celebrate her second-anniversary managing that team! She’s a leader that is willing to jump on the front lines whenever necessary, and on the other end of the scale, she often speaks at international industry events because of her team’s innovative uses of technology. Here’s a chance to get to know her better.

How long have you worked at Silver Star? 8 years
What does your job entail? Managing my team. I am the go-to between NISC (our billing and enterprise operations system) and other devices for provisioning, measuring productivity, and ensuring quality of customer care
What do you love most about your job? Fixing problems
What do you love most about the community you live in? The support of the community and how everyone comes together
What is something unique about you? I really enjoy learning new things, every day is a new opportunity to learn something new
What’s your favorite hobby? Playing cornhole
