As an active member of the Soda Springs community, Megan is an invaluable resource to Silver Star – she keeps us “in the know” of the community’s needs and events. She’s also just plain AWESOME – helpful, kind and easy to work with!

How long have you worked for Silver Star?
5 ½ years
What does your job entail?
I’m Silver Star’s Marketing Specialist – I get to work with most people in the company and I focus on internal communication and retail collateral. ?️?
What do you love most about your job?
The amazing team I work with, and the opportunity to do what I am passionate about.
What do you love most about the community you live in?
I love that Soda Springs is a tight-knit community, where everyone is friendly and kind. We have tons of community support over here for our youth and schools. I also love that I live in such a beautiful place where I can camp, ski, boat within a few miles of my home! ?️?
What is something unique about you?
I have an extreme fear of cats! ?
What’s your favorite hobby?
I love to boat, fish, cross-country ski, travel, decorate, cook, and bake. ??

Cross Country Skiing ?
What is your best childhood memory?
When I was in the 2nd grade, my parents took us to Disneyland. I loved Minnie Mouse so I ran up to her and wrapped my arms around her! Her plastic head hit my face and I got a bloody nose. ??
Do you have any pets?
Yep! One dog and one cat. Shep is a Toy Australian Shephard and Ruthie is a cat. ??
If you were a superhero, what would your powers be?
To have the ability to mend broken hearts, cure the world’s diseases and, of course, have the ability to wiggle my nose like Samantha from Bewitched and all my laundry is magically washed, dried, folded, and put away! ?♀️?
