We want to let you know that we’re taking the time to make the Silver Star Home Zone app more robust and reliable. Please take note that on Friday, July 23, and on Sunday, July 25 there will be scheduled maintenance on the Silver Star Home Zone app. You will still be able to use your internet and Wi-Fi uninterrupted, but you will not have access to the app itself.
The outage is expected to last from Friday, July 23, 8:00 pm until Saturday, July 24, 4:00 am and from Sunday, July 25, 6:00 am until Monday, July 26, 6:00 am.
Services impacted: The Silver Star Home Zone app
What is not impacted? Internet, Wi-Fi, and Phone. Your ExperienceIQ* (parental control and device prioritization) and ProtectIQ (network security) services will remain active as well.
Impact: Ability to log in to the Silver Star Home Zone app. If you have devices paused or offline time schedules set, you will not be able to change those settings until the app is restored.
