Sells all Silver Star products and services. Meets sales objectives. Handles inquiries regarding all company consumer products, assists customers with basic troubleshooting and service requests, processes payments, and provides support to outside sales team. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Responsible for supervising all engineering aspects of Network and Central Office equipment and operations, including switching, transmission, d.c. power, pair gain, LAN/WAN, servers, high speed and dial up IP or Internet TCP/IP data, video and communications services, supervise daily engineering network team and assists in the development of annual capital and expense budgets.
