Silver Star sent a group of employees over to help the Soda Springs Public Library get caught up on more than a few housekeeping items before the holidays! The group was able to help them move furniture, clean up, and organize to make way for some new, custom bookshelves.
There were several pieces of furniture (including old bookshelves and desk) that we removed from the library, which required taking apart and moving partition walls. We also pulled and scraped a bunch of old carpet squares in the area that the new bookshelves would be going, and then stained and sealed the custom bookshelves and an older library sign.
After all of that, we even cleaned and sanitized children’s books and children’s toys! It was an awesome day that checked off so many to-dos from the busy library staff’s lists.
