New Billing Software Announcement
Silver Star is in the process of converting to a new billing software system. Your next statement and your online account will have a new look, both of which should be simple and easy to understand.
During this conversion we have had the opportunity to audit our database. As a result of this audit, the amount due on your bill may be slightly different from what you have been billed in the past. In most cases, the adjustments we’ve made are minimal and were generally a result of tax errors. Should you notice what you believe to be an error on your statement, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
New and Improved Online Account Access
We are excited to bring you a new and improved online billing system. We encourage all of our customers to try out the online bill access. You will continue to have the freedom to choose how you make payments (credit card, check, or bank draft), view up to 36 months of previous statements, and manage settings on your account.
- Existing customers will need to use the email address we have on file, along with your existing ebill password. This username should have been emailed to you.
- New ebill customers will need the invoice number and amount due from your last statement to create a login.
