Silver Star Communications provides you with an easy way to stay in touch with your friends and family whether you are home or away.

Our voice mail records the time, date, and phone number of the caller and allows you to pause, replay, save or delete each message. Voice mail will even pick up when the line is busy or the power is out. And our Enhanced Voice Mail doubles recording time and mail storage space and gives you three sub-mailboxes, making it easy to manage voice mail for all the members of your family.

To access your voice mail dial one of the following access numbers (enter this number into speed dial for added convenience):

Star Valley: 883.6269 or 885.6269
Swan Valley: 574.6269
Teton Valley: 354.6269

To access your voice mail from another phone, dial your phone number and listen for greeting, then press *, enter your password, and press #.

Message options:
If your phone has a message waiting indicator light, it will blink when you have new messages. Otherwise, you will hear a stutter dial tone when you pick up the handset.

• To replay message, press 1.
• To keep message, press 2.
• To delete message, press 3.
• To save the message as new, press 4.

To create your password:
In order to access your mailbox from touch-tone phones other than your home phone, you will need to set up a password.

• Access your mailbox by dialing your access number.
• To select mailbox set up, press 9.
• To create your password, press 2.
• Enter your new password, then press #.
• Re-enter your new password, then press #.
• Before you hang up, you may change a deleted message to a saved message by pressing 2 during the message.
