BlackBerry® 7 OS or BlackBerry® 6 OS Instructions:

From the Home screen click the Setup icon
Select Email Accounts
Select Internet Mail Account, and follow the screens to set up your email address

BlackBerry® Device Software v5 Instructions:

Swipe from right to left to go to the program list
Select Settings
Select email and accounts
Select add an account
Select other account
In the Email Address field, enter your entire email address, username@silverstar.com
Enter your Password
Select sign-in.
- You will see an error saying "We couldn't find the settings for the account information you entered..."
Select advanced.
In the Incoming Mail Server field enter imap.silverstar.com
In the Account type field, select IMAP4
In the Username field, enter your entire email address, such as username@silverstar.com
Enter your Password
In the Outgoing Mail Server field enter smtp.silverstar.com
Select Outgoing server requires authentication if it does not have a checkmark.
Select Advanced settings
Uncheck Require SSL for incoming mail if it is checked
Uncheck Require SSL for outgoing mail if it is checked
Select sign in
Test your address by sending and email to a different address, and then replying
