Paid Vacation Leave
Full time employees shall accrue 1.54 hours per pay period for a total of 5 days their first year of employment.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Full time non-exempt employees shall accrue 3.69 hours per pay period for a total of 12 days a year.
- Full time exempt employees shall accrue 5.23 hours per pay period for a total of 17 days a year
Paid Holidays
All employees receive 9 holidays a year which are ( New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas (2 days)
Health/Dental Insurance
Employees are eligible to enroll during a 30 day waiting period, then eligible to participate on the 1st of the following month.
Life Insurance
Employees are eligible to enroll during a 30 day waiting period, then eligible to participate on the 1st of the following month.
Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD)
Employees are eligible to enroll during a 30 day waiting period, then eligible to participate on the 1st of the following month.
401k Plan
Employees are eligible to enroll during a 30 day waiting period, then eligible to participate on the 1st of the following month.
Pension Plan
After meeting eligibility requirements based on date of hire and hours worked.
Telephone/Internet Service/Digital TV
The company pays the cost of monthly basic telephone or discounted dial-up Internet, DSL, or Video service depending on where an employee resides inside or outside the company’s exchange(s).
Education & Training
In some cases the company will offer tuition reimbursement for work related classes with pre-authorization.
Section 529 Flexible Spending Account
The company offers a Flexible Spending plan, which allows employees to set aside per-tax dollars for eligible health and dependent care expenses.
