New Email Service | UPDATE

UPDATE: Email service will be switched tonight, February 24. There should be no interruption in service.  Also, please note that while logging into webmail, you will only need to enter in your user name. If you have any troubles after the change, please contact support.

UPDATE: We originally hoped to have our new email service up and running by February 10th; however, to ensure the smoothest transition for our customers we’ll be postponing until the week of February 14th.

We are pleased to inform you that we will be implementing a new email service on February 10th. The good news is that you will not need to make any changes to your settings or passwords. If you use our web mail and calendar service, please continue to access those services through our homepage. The web mail will have the same functionality as our previous service; however, the design will look slightly different.

This change is a result of our domain being the target of numerous Spam emails. First, we apologize for the inconvenience of having to sort through emails to determine which ones are legitimate. Overseeing the communications for Silver Star, I can assure you that we will never correspond with you via email for such things as account changes or personal information.

(Note for Teton Valley Customers: If you are still using a tetontel.com email address, you will need to change this to silverstar.com for your email to send/receive after February 10th. Click here for Silver Star email settings.)

Being your Internet Service Provider, we place great emphasis on providing you with secure and reliable services, which is why we feel this change is crucial. This proactive measure should ultimately improve your email service.
