New Email Service

Attention Internet Customers:

We are in the process of upgrading our email service to provide you with service that is extremely reliable and easy to use. With this new service, you will have a

• larger mailbox – 2Gb of storage,
• 99.5% uptime reliability,
• Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam protection,
• calendar, address book, and the ability to send and receive attachments up to 10mb in size.

In order for you to have uninterrupted email service, we need your help.

We need your help in changing your email settings so that you will have uninterrupted email service. Please see the instructions below or click here for detailed instructions.

Important Notice for tetontel.com email users
If you are using a tetontel.com email address, this change will require that you change your email address to silverstar.com. You will still be able to receive mail at your tetontel.com address until 12/31/09, but you will no longer be able to send mail using this address. We understand that changing your email address will take work on your part; however, this change is necessary for the new email service which we believe will be superior to the current service.

Please open your email software (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.), access your email settings and make the following changes.

@silverstar.com email users:
Change your User Name to your full email address.

Change User Name:
Current User Name = maxx
New User Name= maxx@silverstar.com

@tetontel.com email users:
Change your User Name to your full email address with @silverstar.com replacing @tetontel.com.

Change User Name:
Current User Name = maxx
New User Name= maxx@silverstar.com

Change Incoming POP3 Server: pop.silverstar.com
Change Outgoing SMTP Server: smtp.silverstar.com
