Call Forward Features
Forwards all calls to another number.
Call Forward Busy
Forwards calls to another number when your line is busy.

Forwards calls to another number when your line goes unanswered.
Call Forward Remote Access
Activate call forward while you are away from your office or home. Calls are subject to long distance charges.
Remote Call Forward
A local number is published, but calls are routed to another predetermined number. Calls subject to long distance charges.
Selective Call Forward
Program your phone to forward only specified calls from a list you create. Available in local service area only.
Caller ID / Call Waiting Features
Put the first party on hold while you answer an incoming call.
Call Waiting / Caller ID
Combine Call Waiting and Caller ID to see the Caller ID information of the incoming call.
Records the time and Caller ID of incoming calls.
Caller ID Blocking
Used on a per call basis, the called party receives a "Private" identification instead of the calling party's number or name.
Caller ID Suppression
Designates a privacy status for your line on every call. The called party receives a "Private" identification instead of your name or number.
Automatic Call Back
Your phone will continue to redial a busy number until the line is free.
Redial the last number that called your number.
Program up to 30 numbers to dial with 2 digit codes. Feature works on the phone line; additional phones do not need to be programmed.

Schedule up to 2 wake up calls within 24 hours. Feature works if the power is out.
Long Distance Features
Long Distance Authorization
An authorization code is required to make long distance calls.
Restrict 0+ and 1+ calls from being made from your phone.
Block long distance calling. Calling cards and "0" (operator) dialing allowed.
Unblock 900 numbers, which are blocked by default.
Anonymous Call Rejection
Reject incoming calls which have name and number information blocked. The caller receives a message that you do not accept calls from private numbers.
Do Not Disturb
Program your line to block all incoming calls while outgoing calls are not affected. Calls are not directed to Voice Mail. Not compatible with Smart Block.
Your number is not published in the phone book, but is available from Directory Assistance.
Your number is neither published in the phone book nor available from Directory Assistance.
Smart “Telemarketer” Block
Callers will hear a recording that you do not accept calls from telemarketers and will be instructed to press 1 if they are not a telemarketer to continue the call. Smart Block holds numbers that frequently call you in a queue. Selective Call Acceptance
Program your phone to accept only calls from a special list. All others will hear an announcement that you are not accepting calls. Available in local service area only.
Selective Call Rejection
Program your phone to block specified telephone numbers from calling you. Available in local service area only.
Inside Wire Maintenance (residential only)
This monthly plan covers the labor to repair and replace defective wiring on the inside of the home.
A designated number is dialed when the phone is left off the hook for a specified amount of time. Calls are subject to long distance charges.
Publish multiple listings for the same account in the Silver Star phone directory.
Transfer calls to another phone line.
Connect people in multiple locations on one call with toll-free number capability.
Directory Number Hunt
When the main line is busy, calls hunt sequentially to the next available line.
Up to 4 phone numbers ring on the same line. Subsequent numbers are assigned a different ring pattern notifying you or a fax machine that a call is coming in on the other numbers. (Available with Call Waiting and Voice Mail)
When the handset is lifted, calls are routed directly to a predetermined number. Must pay base phone rate, and calls are subject to long distance charges.
Connect 3 parties on one call. Subject to long distance charges.
Use toll-free numbers for business and personal use: provide potential customers with a convenient way to contact you or allow a child to call home easily.
Internet/TV Temporary Disconnect
This service temporarily disconnects your Internet or Television service. Service must be reactivated within one year. You may forward your Silver Star e-mail to another address during this time.
Seasonal Telephone Disconnect
This service enables you to keep your telephone number and listing in our directory. Callers will hear a recording that your telephone number has been disconnected or is no longer in use. Number can be suspended no more than 8 months in a 12 month period, not necessarily consecutive months. Once limit is reached, service is automatically reconnected.
Seasonal Number Referral
This service enables you to keep your telephone number and listing in our directory. Callers will hear a recording referring to the new telephone number. 8 month time limit.
