How do I delete more than one email at a time?
Modern – AJAX
- Click on the “JunkMail” folder
- Click on the top email message
- Scroll down to the bottom Hold down the Shift key and click on the bottom message
- Click the “Delete” button
Classic – HTML
- Click “Options” on the left side
- Click “Preferences”
- Select how many messages per page (set to the max of 200)
- Click the “Update” button
- Click “Folders” on the left side
- Click “My Junk Folder”
- Click the box just to the left of the From column header (this selects all messages in the view)
- Click the “Delete” button
