- Hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
- Monthly activity and assessment reporting\
- Provisioning and managing server services
- Creating/deleting user accounts
- Maintaining network login and Internet connection security
- Phone support and technical guidance
- Respond to service/system failures 24x7; routine activities typically performed during business hours
- Receive additional hours at a discounted rate of $70 (regularly $85/hour)
2 Hour Maintenance Plan:
$125 per month
4 Hour Maintenance Plan:
$250 per month
6 Hour Maintenance Plan:
$360 per month
Terms
The terms of the Network Solutions agreement shall be for twelve months of service. Subscriber will be subject to a termination charge equaling the unexpired portion of the initial agreement. All charges are for labor only; materials and equipment are not included. Hours used in excess of maintenance plan will be billed at $70/hour. Payment is due and payable upon receipt of statement.
